Screen Washer System

Our proven screen washer systems have long been deployed in high volumes in on- and off-highway vehicles, construction machinery and sports cars. The complete kits for vehicles consist of components that have been specially combined to suit the varying operating conditions. Cleaning both front and rear windscreens, they are proven in production and can be flexibly integrated into different vehicle concepts.

The VDO systems consist of the following components (optional):

• Washer fluid container (from 1.5 to 6 l)
• Mono pumps (12 V/24 V) and dual pumps
• Nozzles
• Connecting elements
• Tubes
• Connection cables 
• Back-pressure valves
• On request, a reserve level switch can be integrated as a warning when the remaining level is low
